DATaRec®4 Series- ZODIAC Data Systems GmbH (Formerly Heim Systems GmbH)
Nowadays higher and higher claims are put concerning exactness, flexibility and speed to the measuring labs. In shorter cycles prototypes or modifications have to be validated and reports must be provided. These shorter intervals and raised requirements call for better accuracy and extended channel number to be measured and processed at the same time. In addition to that systems are required to support the user during the day-to-day applications with low channel count, but should also support a substantially bigger channel count if needed. Also so-called trouble shooting applications are in many areas already part of the agenda.
These applications normally need a very low number of channels. However, in this case the user must be able to react extremely adaptably, because he should be able to measure "close" to the problem. Up to now these different applications could be only supported by a measuring lab with different hardware components at hand. These can be combined in the rarest cases with each other to build up a multi-channel system. The handling is different and identical results are not to be expected.

M3 INTEGRA |
The M3 INTEGRA data acquisition and analysing system includes all functions from signal conditioning over data acquisition to data analysis. In its basic configuration it only measures 31 x 31 x 10 cm, weighs less than 10 kg and has an integrated, super-bright TFT display. Measurement data can be acquired with a maximum total sampling rate of 910 kilo samples per second with a resolution of 16 bit. All channels are acquired simultaneously without time-skew. The supply voltage can range from 10 - 32 V DC. In case of an interruption of the board net a rechargeable power unit is integrated. |

Various acquisition modules for the M3 INTEGRA system have been developed so that a whole range of different measurement categories can be acquired using only one data acquisition system. The table below helps you to find out which module you need for your measurement task: |

Genesis High Speed (LDS Nicolet is now Genesis HighSpeed)
The Genesis HighSpeed family share the highest sample rates and mid to high channel counts. Based on modular platforms, all can be configured to the need of the application, be it a single channel or a thousand.
With physical signal conditioners for all common sensors or featuring isolation to acquire off-ground signals even in the MegaVolt range. Sample rates range from 100 kS/s to 100 MS/s per channel.
Systems are out-of-the-box and easy-to-use. The user interface of the shared Perception software is legendary. And, the patented StatStream review technology enables instant handling of gigabytes of measurement data.
